Do you accept purchase orders?
We welcome purchase orders from Hospitals, Federal and Local governments, Military, Educational and most corporations.
Purchase orders can be faxed to us at 508-668-9779 or emailed to us at email@example.com.
What is the Warranty/ Return Policy?
Our standard warranty is 90 days. All parts sold online carry this warranty unless otherwise noted.
All good parts returns must be requested within 10 days of Shipment receipt. There will be a 30 % restock fee charged on all good parts returned. All good part/ warranty RMA's must be received within 10 days of issuance.
How can I check my order status?

What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are based upon item quantity. We ship via UPS, Fedex and the USPS. For more information on shipping, visit out shipping rates page. We ship online orders to the U.S. and Canada, please not duties & taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Call for a personalized quote on shipping to other international destinations.
Is the online checkout process secure?

Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to Massachusetts will be charged sales tax. Massachusetts parts resellers are exempt - contact us.
